Our totes measure 27"L × 17"W × 12"T (interior: 25.5" × 15.5" × 11.8") — about the size of a large moving box, but hard-sided and water resistant, stacking up to 5 high at 100 lbs per tote. The attached lid snaps shut with no tape needed. Perfect for books, kitchen items, clothes, tools, electronics, and more. Large furniture, mattresses, and TVs won't fit — but everything else in a typical home packs easily.
Yes — every package includes a moving dolly at no extra charge. Each dolly carries up to 5 stacked totes at once, so you're barely lifting anything. Need an extra dolly? Just add one for $15 when you book.
We recommend booking 48 hours in advance, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
We offer free delivery within 20 miles of Vancouver, WA — covering all of Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Gresham, and Portland proper. For addresses 20–35 miles out (Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, Wilsonville) we add a flat $25 extended delivery fee. Outside 35 miles, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Absolutely. Just let us know before your scheduled pickup date and we'll extend your rental by the week. Same rate applies.
Every tote is inspected, sanitized, and freshened between every rental. We take this seriously — you should never receive a tote that looks or smells used.
Accidents happen. Normal wear is covered. Significant damage may incur a replacement fee — we'll always discuss it with you first before charging anything.

Yes — our totes are manufactured right here in the USA at a facility in New Jersey. They're built from high-grade polyethylene plastic and made to last through hundreds of moves. When you rent from Evergreen Totes, you're supporting American-made quality.
